Restora ("we", "us") restores old and damaged photos using AI. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using restora.digital you agree to this policy.
The photo you upload is used for one purpose only: to create your restoration. It is processed securely, is automatically deleted within one hour, and is never sold, shared, or used to train AI models. Please only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
We collect the image you submit (temporarily, as above), and — if you contact us or make a purchase — your email address and the details needed to complete your order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, page views). We do not use these to identify you personally or to build advertising profiles.
To deliver your restoration, process payments, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure and working. We do not sell your personal information.
Uploaded photos are deleted within one hour. Order and payment records are retained by our payment processor as required for accounting and legal purposes.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
