These terms govern your use of restora.digital. By using the service you agree to them.
Restora uses AI to restore old, faded, or damaged photos. You can generate a free, watermarked preview of any photo. To download a full-resolution, watermark-free version, you purchase a credit pack. Because results are produced by AI, exact output can vary and cannot be guaranteed.
You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. You keep all rights to your images; you grant us a temporary, limited licence solely to process and restore them. Do not upload unlawful content or images of others without consent.
Previews are free. HD downloads are sold in credit packs (from $4.99 for a single photo; packs from $1.50 per photo). Prices are shown at checkout, and payment is processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes may apply.
The preview is free, so you can see your result before paying. If you purchase an HD restore and are not happy with it, email us within 14 days and we will re-restore it or issue a refund for that photo. Unused credits can be refunded on request. We want you to be happy with your memories.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to create misleading or harmful content. We may suspend access for violations.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected order.
